Dental Hygienist - Part Time

Job Summary
Perform prophylaxis including subgingival debridement, assess and document periodontal conditions, and apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents. Record clinical findings, obtain radiographs and impressions, and present treatment plans while providing oral hygiene instruction. Communicate findings clearly to patients and participate in required daily and weekly team meetings. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure HIPAA compliance. Work Thursday and Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Kentucky and 1–2 years of clinical experience required, along with current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Kentucky
- 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
- Current X-ray certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Real ID Drivers License
- Background check (including criminal record check)
- Drug screening
- E-Verify
