Provide preventive dental hygiene care as part of the patient care team for Part-Time Dental Hygienist role. Deliver patient-focused care with clinical autonomy, participate in a hygiene mentor program, and utilize continuing education opportunities to enhance skills. Conduct patient screenings and medical history documentation, perform dental hygiene procedures, and support education and care planning to improve patients’ dental health. Leverage tools and systems such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records to deliver high-quality care, while adhering to safety and privacy standards and contributing to a collaborative practice environment.
