Full-time Dental Hygienist needed for 40 hours per week, responsible for dental prophylaxis services and oral hygiene instruction under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience
- Graduate of an ADA approved dental hygiene school
- Current state license to practice dental hygiene in Kentucky or Tennessee
- Current resume
- Dental Hygienist license
- CPR certification
- Diploma/Certificate from an accredited Dental Hygienist school
- Three letters of reference from professional peers
