Job Summary
Dental Hygienist – Part Time. Provide high-quality preventive dental care including thorough cleanings (scaling, polishing, root planing as needed), take and develop radiographs, conduct oral health assessments, educate patients on proper oral hygiene, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, assist the dentist during exams and procedures, document care in the dental record, and monitor supplies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; proficiency with dental software and digital charting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
