Job Summary
As a Dental Hygienist at Heartland Dental in Burnsville, MN, provide preventive dental care and patient advocacy as an integral member of the care team. You’ll serve patients during scheduled sessions (60 minutes for recare, 90 minutes for new patients), participate in a hygiene mentorship program, and leverage educational offerings to enhance clinical skills. The role includes working Tuesday through Friday, supported by Heartland Dental’s network and non-clinical administrative supports. Required qualifications include a Minnesota hygienist license, and either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, plus CPR certification. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records is desired; opportunities to continue learning and grow clinically are highlighted, along with a competitive benefits package and a sign-on bonus of $10,000.
