Dental Hygienist

As a Dental Hygienist at Heartland Dental, you’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, providing preventive dental hygiene care to patients and supporting clinical autonomy within a large network of dental offices. You’ll work under the Hygiene mentor program and benefit from ongoing education to enhance clinical skills, patient education, and preventive care. Responsibilities include applying dental hygiene procedures, screening patients, documenting medical history, and utilizing digital tools such as x-rays, digital scanners, and EMR systems. The role requires Minnesota licensure as a dental hygienist, and an Associate’s (or Bachelor’s) degree in dental hygiene, plus CPR certification.
