Job Summary
Dental Hygienist in a 2-doctor Heartland Dental-supported office in Osseo, MN. You’ll be an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, delivering preventative care and education within a collaborative hygiene mentorship program and robust continuing education offerings. Responsibilities include dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation, and utilizing digital x-rays and digital tools (e.g., Velscope, Diagnodent, EMR systems). The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, supported by a network of mentors, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits. The position requires MN licensure and an associated or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and the ability to meet office physical requirements. TB testing is required for new hires in dental offices (not applicable in FL & TN). Heartland Dental provides non-clinical administrative support and a strong culture of equal opportunity employment.
