Job Summary
Provide elite dental hygiene services as an integral member of the patient care team, with strong emphasis on preventative care and patient advocacy. Backed by Heartland Dental's Hygiene mentor program and educational offerings, the role supports clinicians through ongoing professional development. Requires VA dental hygienist license and an associated/bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and a TB test prior to starting. Preferred one year of clinical experience and familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital radiographs, and electronic medical records to support comprehensive patient care. Office located at 13801 Heathcote Blvd, Ste. 100, Gainesville, VA with defined weekly hours and in-office responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in VA
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- CPR Certification
