Job Summary
Dental Hygienist in Chandler, AZ — perform clinical hygiene procedures including digital xrays, oral cancer screenings, wellness scans, gingival scaling, scaling and root planing, hygiene laser procedures, sealants and fluoride; educate patients on oral hygiene and the oral-systemic health connection; collaborate with dentist and team to deliver patient-centered care; maintain accurate health history reviews, and ensure updated records. Requires current Arizona Dental Hygienist license, local anesthesia license, CPR certification and hepatitis B immunization; 1+ years of experience preferred; knowledge of Dentrix software and comfort with laser-assisted hygiene and intraoral scanning; schedule Tue–Fri with compensation $48–$51/hour, plus bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona Dental Hygienist license
- Local anesthesia license
- Current CPR certification
- hepatitis B immunization
- 1+ years of prior hands-on Hygienist experience
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Experience with or willingness to learn laser-assisted hygiene procedures
- Experience with or willingness to learn digital scanning/intraoral scanning technology
