Job Summary
Dental Hygienist responsible for patient screening, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation. Will apply best practices in patient care within a Heartland Dental supported office using tools like Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners and digital x-rays, and EMR systems. Provides preventative care and education to patients, collaborates with the care team, and participates in ongoing education and mentorship opportunities. Must hold a Michigan hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, and CPR certification. Proficiency with clinical duties, patient communication, and a commitment to high-quality care is required.
