Job Summary
Conduct dental hygiene procedures and manage patient care within a group dentistry model that balances clinician autonomy with operational support. Deliver accessible oral healthcare focused on improving clinical results and generating predictable treatment outcomes for patients. Maintain personal accountability and build relationships while utilizing innovative approaches to enhance overall patient wellbeing. Schedule part-time hours from Thursday through Saturday. Full-time staff earn a combined hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total compensation of $60+ per hour, supported by benefits including CE credits, malpractice insurance, and a referral bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
