Job Summary
Conduct dental hygiene procedures and patient care within the group dentistry model at Gentle Dental Hazel Dell. Deliver accessible oral healthcare focused on improving clinical results and generating predictable treatment outcomes. Support Doctors and Clinicians with a balance of autonomy and support while maintaining operational and clinical excellence. Schedule is part-time, Thursday through Saturday. Full-time employees earn a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $60+ per hour. Benefits include malpractice insurance, CE credits, and a referral bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
