Job Summary
Provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services by delivering accessible clinical care that improves patient wellbeing and generates predictable treatment outcomes. Focus on operational and clinical excellence through personal accountability, relationship building, and innovative approaches to support patients and the team. Join the group dentistry model to balance autonomy with support across all career stages. Work part-time Thursday through Saturday at our Hazel Dell location. Full-time staff earn a combined hourly rate and production bonuses totaling $60+ per hour, plus CE credits, malpractice insurance, and a referral bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
