Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and deliver preventive care to patients within the group dentistry model. Perform clinical procedures including scaling, root planing, and restorative work while maintaining operational and clinical excellence. Manage patient relationships and support the team in generating predictable treatment outcomes through innovative approaches to oral healthcare. Schedule includes part-time hours Thursday through Saturday. Location is Gentle Dental Hazel Dell in Vancouver, WA. Full-time employees receive a total compensation range of $60+ per hour, including production bonuses, malpractice coverage, CE credits, and a 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
