Job Summary
Conduct dental hygiene procedures and patient care under the supervision of licensed dentists at Gentle Dental Lancaster. Manage clinical workflows to ensure operational and clinical excellence while delivering accessible oral healthcare services. Maintain patient records and support the team in generating predictable treatment outcomes through a wellness-focused approach. Full-time positions are available Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm. The role offers an hourly rate of $60 to $65, including comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching. Candidates must hold an accredited hygiene degree and a current state dental license.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
