Job Summary
Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining equipment and ensuring OSHA/HIPAA compliance. Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims. Successfully complete Scaling, Root Planning, and Prophylaxis, including placing fluoride varnish and sealants. Sterilize and maintain dental supplies. Identify opportunities to discuss the mouth-body connection and serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations. Maintain a safe environment for all. Full-time hours Monday through Friday with a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program
- A valid state license
- CPR certification
- Certification in local anesthesia administration
- Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
