Job Summary

Cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride, and sealant placement; oral health screenings and risk assessments; patient education on hygiene and disease prevention; adherence to infection control protocols (OSHA/CDC); documentation in EHR; participation in school-based programs, mobile clinics, and community events; collaborative team approach with dentists and public health staff; daytime schedule with Fridays off; Utah licensure required with CPR/BLS and local anesthesia certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Utah or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certification in local anesthesia preferred
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
- Demonstrated interest in public health and serving diverse populations
- Utah Driver's License is required
