Job Summary
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care as part of a periodontal team. Perform thorough dental cleanings (scaling, polishing, root planing as needed), take and develop radiographs, conduct oral health assessments, educate patients on proper oral hygiene, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, assist the dentist during exams and procedures, document patient care and treatment plans, monitor supplies and equipment, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with a team, maintain accurate dental records, and deliver an exceptional patient experience with strong communication and compassionate chairside manner.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
