Job Summary
Conduct elite periodontal therapy including scaling, root planing, and oral cancer screenings while performing preventative cleanings and digital charting. Partner closely with doctors to co-diagnose, review digital X-rays, and build conservative treatment plans through clinical collaboration. Utilize the assisted hygiene model to focus entirely on patient care, education, and maximizing uncapped production bonuses. Provide gentle, compassionate care to patients of all ages while maintaining an efficient, comforting flow in our modern, bilingual practice.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
- Currently in the active process of obtaining NV licensure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with modern dental practice management software
- Experience with digital charting
- Experience with Open Dental
- Experience with digital radiography
