Job Summary
Conduct 60-minute prophylaxis and recall appointments, perform 60-90 minute SRPs, and manage 90-minute new patient visits in a single-column schedule averaging 5-6 patients daily. Deliver preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical records. Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:20 AM to 5:00 PM. Earn a $5,000 welcome bonus, daily hygiene bonuses, and quarterly team bonuses. Join a 16-person team with mentorship support and access to state-of-the-art supplies and labs.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in IL
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
