Job Summary
Perform periodontal procedures in accordance with state dental board requirements while educating patients on disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and oral health links to systemic conditions. Chart periodontal disease conditions to collaborate with the Dentist on treatment plans and work with the team on scheduling, patient experience, and practice maintenance. Requires Dental hygiene licensure with no adverse actions and proficiency in dental software. Hourly rate $40–$45 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
- Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- experience with dental software
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) + years' experience as a licensed Dental Hygienist
- experience with Dentrix
