Job Summary
Conduct thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and sealant applications while educating patients on oral hygiene and nutrition. Accurately chart dental history, update periodontal health records, and manage patient files in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Administer local anesthetics as permitted by the dental practice act and provide assistance directed by the dentist. Partner with clinical leadership to build robust recall programs and maximize patient time. This role offers a $5k sign-on bonus, control over your schedule, and access to corporate support teams for billing, marketing, and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program
- valid state license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff
