Job Summary
Dental Hygienist responsible for prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorations, and application of cavity-preventive agents such as fluorides and sealants; accurately chart and update patient dental history and periodontal health while ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of records; provide assistance to the dentist, administer local anesthetics where allowed; schedule optimization in collaboration with front office to maximize patient time; participate in building a robust recall program; opportunities for career growth across regions and with corporate support; qualifications include a hygiene degree/certificate and valid license, CPR/BLS certification, strong time management and communication skills, and• travel between locations preferred; sign-on bonus offered as part of compensation package; company supports ongoing education and development.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff
- Ability to travel between locations preferred
