Job Summary
Provide exceptional lifetime patient care as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, supported by best-in-class non-clinical resources. Deliver preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health while utilizing clinical autonomy to give patients the time and attention they need. Participate in a robust Hygiene mentor program and access unparalleled educational offerings to enhance clinical skills and obtain a Virginia dental hygienist license. Work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with bi-weekly pay ranging from $55-$62 hourly, plus options for daily pay and bonuses. Full-time roles require a minimum of 30 hours to receive benefits including UnitedHealthcare PPO, 401k, and six paid holidays. Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Virginia
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
Desired Qualifications
- Any years of clinical experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
