Job Summary
Dental Hygienist providing preventive dental hygiene care as an integral member of the patient care team. You’ll perform dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, medical history documentation, and contribute to education and prevention efforts. Utilize Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and digital x-rays, and document in electronic medical records. Participate in continuing education and our hygiene mentorship program to develop clinical skills and deliver exceptional lifetime care to patients. Requires Virginia dental hygienist license and 2+ years of clinical experience; strong teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Virginia
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, EMR
