Job Summary
Part-time Dental Hygienist needed to provide preventive dental hygiene and patient education as an integral member of the patient care team. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality dental care with a focus on screening, medical history documentation, and ongoing education within an office supported by a large dental group. The position requires an Ohio dental hygiene license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and preferred experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, digital scanning, and electronic medical records. TB testing is a standard pre-employment requirement; opportunities include mentorship, continuing education, and enterprise-level administrative support within Heartland Dental’s supported offices. The role is part-time with hours Monday 8-4 and Thursday 8-4 in specified offices; benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, holidays, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
