Job Summary
Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient by performing scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while assessing dental conditions and reviewing medical histories. Guide families through the full treatment process and assist with dental and periodontal charting. Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed, ensuring all procedures comply with government regulations and company standards. Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
