Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents like fluoride and sealants. Accurately chart patient dental history, update periodontal health records, and maintain HIPAA compliance. Administer local anesthetics when permitted by state law and assist the dentist as directed. Enjoy a collaborative workflow with a dedicated hygiene assistant handling x-rays, room turnover, and instrument processing, allowing you to focus on assessment, diagnosis, and patient education within standard one-hour appointments. Earn a competitive hourly base plus 30% of net production with no cap on earnings, supported by a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
