Job Summary
Conduct dental hygiene procedures, including 60-minute recall and 90-minute new patient appointments, while utilizing Velscope, iTero, and electronic medical record systems. Perform patient screening, medical history documentation, and preventative care maintenance under the supervision of a single doctor or the second doctor starting July 2026. Schedule coverage on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays with a 15-minute pre-shift huddle. Complete required TB testing and attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions. Earn bi-weekly or hourly pay with options for daily pay and quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Missouri
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- a tuberculosis (TB) test

- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
