Job Summary
Provide oral hygiene services including thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and restorations while administering local anesthetics as permitted. Accurately chart patient dental history, update periodontal health records, and securely manage files in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Offer counseling on oral hygiene techniques and nutrition to support patient oral health goals. Partner with dentists and support staff to deliver comprehensive care and build robust recall programs. You control your schedule by coordinating directly with front office staff to maximize patient time.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program
- valid state license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff

- Ability to travel between locations
