Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services while performing all clinical preventative hygiene tasks including scaling, root planning, polishing, fluoride applications, sealants, and whitening. Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients, while establishing and retaining loyalty through tailored experiences and ethical professional behavior. Work part-time Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with two Saturdays per month from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
- Registered as a Dental Hygienist and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
