Job Summary
The Dental Hygienist will perform all dental related care and procedures allowable under WAC regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities include assessing patients' periodontal health, exposure and developing diagnostic radiographs, providing treatment for oral diseases, and educating patients about oral hygiene. Required skills include good eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Candidates must be licensed in WA and have experience as a dental hygienist, with a preference for those with experience in community or public health settings.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene school
- Licensed in the state of WA as a Dental Hygienist or eligible to receive licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Eligible for enrollment in Medicare
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Experience in a community or public health setting preferred

- Must demonstrate ability to work with basic computer skills and MS Office products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often high-stress environment
