Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care while performing all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene, including scaling, root planning, polishing, fluoride application, sealants, and whitening. Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients. Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on patient expectations while maintaining ethical and professional behavior. This fixed-term role begins Monday through Wednesday and Friday, with one Saturday per month, and concludes in June 2027. Candidates must hold a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, current provincial registration, and valid CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
- Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body
- Valid CPR certification
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
