Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health through clinical procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. Utilize advanced technology including Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical record systems to provide exceptional lifetime care. Maintain a 4-day work week schedule while adhering to physical requirements such as prolonged periods of sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and completing required TB testing. Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
