Job Summary
Dental Hygienist sought for a periodontal-focused role across two Illinois locations (LaGrange and Berwyn). Responsibilities include periodontal maintenance, scaling, root planing, patient education on oral health, assisting during dental exams, collaborating with doctors to support patient care, and helping develop treatment plans. High autonomy with time centered on hygiene and periodontal treatment; schedule typically 3–5 days per week with no nights or weekends. Must travel between LaGrange and Berwyn offices and maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance, accurate patient records, and contribute to a positive team environment. Required Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice
