Dental Hygienist needed in Broadlands, VA to join a fast-paced, family-oriented dental team. The role offers full-time hours (Mon–Fri with varied afternoon end times) and provides best-in-class hygiene mentorship and educational opportunities, enabling clinicians to deliver exceptional lifetime dental care. Responsibilities include providing preventive dental hygiene care, patient screening, medical history documentation, and utilizing tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and EMR systems. The position emphasizes patient advocacy, strong collaboration within a supportive office, and ongoing professional development with access to mentorship, continued education, and high-quality supplies. Qualified candidates must hold a Virginia dental hygiene license and have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, with CPR certification and a commitment to patient education and safety.
