Job Summary
Provide patient dental hygiene care in collaboration with the doctor, developing patient care plans using American Academy of Periodontology guidelines; manage your schedule to enable comprehensive patient care and education; expand your knowledge through structured continuing professional development; work closely with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care; utilize state-of-the-art technology including the Trios 3D intra-oral scanner and the Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting; participate in ongoing in-person and virtual training through TAG U, and pursue continuing education opportunities to advance clinical and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
