Job Summary
All Smiles Northwest is seeking a Dental Hygienist in Everett, WA to join a 13-person team and provide patient-focused preventive care with mentorship and ongoing education. The role emphasizes hygiene mentorship, best-in-class support, and delivering exceptional lifetime dental care. Schedule: Monday–Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Thursday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; 2nd Friday monthly 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. NEW GRADUATES WELCOME. The office prioritizes patient education, clinical autonomy within a supported practice, and access to extensive resources and labs to deliver high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Washington
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- CPR Certification
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
