Job Summary
Dental Hygienist needed in a private practice in Old Town Alexandria, VA. Provide preventive and periodontal care, dental hygiene assessments and cleanings, educate patients on oral health and home care, and collaborate with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. 3–4 days per week with a flexible schedule; typical hours 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (plus occasional Friday). Competitive hourly pay of $65–$75 with bonuses; benefits include health insurance after 30 days, 401K after 1 year with matching, profit sharing, paid parking, and PTO/Vacation after defined periods. Must hold Virginia dental hygiene licensure, be professional and patient-focused, and able to manage 8–10 patients per day.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Virginia
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Loupes with lights mandatory
- Valid Virginia Dental Hygienist license
