Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services with clinical autonomy based on best practices. Provide accessible oral healthcare to patients and communities while maintaining operational and clinical excellence. Support the team through innovation and creative approaches that improve clinical results and generate predictable treatment outcomes. This full-time or part-time role is based at Gentle Dental Lacey in Lacey, WA. The position offers an hourly rate up to $75 plus an uncapped bonus plan, along with a $7,500 signing bonus. Candidates must hold an accredited hygiene technical school or college degree and a current applicable State Dental License.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
