Job Summary
Conduct daily dental hygiene procedures with clinical autonomy, delivering accessible oral healthcare to patients in our growing community. Manage patient care while maintaining operational excellence and building relationships that support long-term treatment outcomes. Work full-time or part-time shifts at our Lacey, WA office, utilizing best practices to ensure predictable clinical results. Earn an hourly rate up to $75 plus an uncapped bonus plan, with a $7,500 signing bonus available for immediate hire.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
- High School or better
