Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care including prophylaxis, SRP, oral cancer screenings, and digital treatments while collaborating with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize schedule and room turnover. Partner with dentists to recommend treatment plans and proactively drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and supporting same-day opportunities. Maintain strong patient relationships through clear communication and personalized education within a team-driven clinical environment. Engage in ongoing professional development via CE opportunities and internal forums. Requires an active license, current anesthesia certification, and comfort with intraoral technology; open to full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current, active hygiene license in the state you're applying for
- Current Anesthesia/ Nitrous license in applicable state
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Comfort with digital charting and x-rays, intraoral cameras, and technology-driven care
- Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), part-time (2–3 days/week including AM/PM and Saturday shifts), or PRN (work when you want!)
