Dental Hygienist - $5k Sign-On Bonus

Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care — including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), gingivitis scaling, oral cancer screenings, Itero scan, sealants, Zoom whitening, Perio Protect, Curodont, fluoride treatments, and patient education — all in alignment with evidence-based clinical guidelines. Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize schedule, sterilization, and documentation; partner with dentists for hygiene exams to identify and recommend treatment plans; drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and supporting same-day treatment opportunities. Work within Tend’s Team (Assisted) Hygiene model, engage in ongoing professional development, and participate in the broader studio team to ensure seamless patient care. Open to full-time (32–40 hours/week), part-time (2–3 days/week), or PRN; base Pay Range in MA is $52–$61/hour with Plan A or Plan B compensation structures; located in Newton Lower Falls, MA.
