Dental Hygienist - 5k sign-on bonus

Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision while delivering quality, compassionate care to every patient. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and needs, review medical history, and guide families through the full treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting and take or file x-rays as needed. Follow all government regulations and company standards. Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service. This role serves a pediatric-focused practice where children make up about 70% of the patient base, with company-paid certification training available for CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide.
