Job Summary
Deliver quality, compassionate care to patients by performing scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions and medical histories, educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, and guide them through the full treatment process. Take and file x-rays as needed while assisting with dental and periodontal charting. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Earn $45–55 hourly plus uncapped production bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requires current state license and CPR/BLS certification. Benevis serves over 2,000 team members nationwide, with children comprising 70% of the patient base.
Required Qualifications
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire)
