Job Summary

Deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions on diagnostic procedures, equipment operation, and troubleshooting while organizing clear class objectives. Maintain and prepare training aids, tools, and equipment; evaluate student performance through assignments and practical assessments to provide constructive feedback. Foster relationships with students to help them meet competency requirements, identify at-risk individuals, and create individualized success plans. Maintain accurate records of attendance and grades, and provide periodic reporting to stakeholders. Design and deliver educational content that adapts to diverse learning styles, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Direct and specialized knowledge in the area of instruction
  • Expertise in the area of assignment that demonstrates the skills needed to provide instruction
  • Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Able and willing to: Communicate, think, learn, and reason
  • Able and willing to: Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks
  • Able and willing to: Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations
  • Able and willing to: Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility
  • Able and willing to: Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Use hearing and sight (both near and far vision)
  • Use fine motor skills to operate personal computers, manual and electrical (dental, automotive, mechanical, nursing, etc.) equipment, as well as various diagnostic or procedure equipment
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with the assistance of mechanical interventions, students, or other employees
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to provide instruction in labs and demonstrate procedures
  • Able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment
  • Able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures
  • Able to safely ambulate when on company premises
