Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while assessing dental conditions, reviewing medical history, and providing perio charting. Offer same-day care opportunities to enhance patient experience. This role supports Benevis' mission to create over a million smiles annually by serving a patient base where children comprise 70% or more. Eligible hygienists may receive up to $250 annually for continuing education and reimbursement for certification training. The position offers a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus, monthly office performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with match, PTO, and flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
