Job Summary
Provide direct dental care to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess patient dental needs and medical history, assist with dental/perio charting, and support the office to deliver high-quality care. Offer Same Day Care opportunities, participate in continuing education with reimbursement up to $250/year after one year, and benefit from sign-on/relocation bonuses and comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401K, FSA). Licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing is required; role supports delivering compassionate pediatric dental care in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in KY or eligible for KY licensure
- Ability to perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, x-rays, sealants, fluoride
- CPR and radiology/nitrous oxide certificates (company reimbursement for training)
