Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene. Provide same-day care options and support office charting while maintaining compassionate service standards. This role offers a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Full-time candidates may receive up to $10,000 in a sign-on or relocation bonus, while part-time staff earn $5,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off. Hygienists completing one year of employment may seek up to $250 in continuing education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Love working with kids
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Deliver direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist
