Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care to patients, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatment under general dentist supervision. Assess dental conditions, review medical histories, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene while providing excellent customer service. Support the office by delivering compassionate care to a patient base where over 70% are children. This role offers a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly office performance bonuses. Full-time candidates may receive up to $10,000 in sign-on or relocation bonuses, while part-time staff qualify for $5,000. Benevis creates over a million smiles annually across 2,000 offices nationwide, providing continuing education reimbursement and certification training in CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Assess the dental condition and needs of patients and review patients' medical history
- Assist with dental and perio charting
